The interview process was long, disjointed and disorderly. I did not get a semblance of culture, camaraderie or core values from their leads. As I progressed into their process, I became more and more disappointed and annoyed at the steps that I had to go through that were honestly needless. For instance, if you're not seriously considering an offer, you should NOT be contacting references. Communication was tedious or not existent at the end. The more I dug into the company, it was clear that it was shear chaos. Had it not been for their mission, I would have withdrawn my candidacy midway through.
