Was contacted quickly and asked about theoretical orientation and salary requirements. Pay is low. Ultimately I was ghosted, which seems unprofessional. Full-time seekers are prioritized. I hadn’t heard of the company before applying online, but the ad had clearly stated a full and part time option. I don’t remember exact wording as it was about 2 months ago.

If you would like to work with primarily LGBTQ youth, this is your company and your job! The interview was based solely on whether I was comfortable working with LGBTQ teenagers. Evidently, over 50% of their clients are in this particular demographic and it is the company niche for services.

They were straightforward, we had a casual conversation and realized hours wouldn’t align. They seemed transparent and interested in finding someone invested in what their philosophy entails. Mostly just conversational style interview, they sent a request for an updated resume beforehand and communicated details of the interview
