I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Jun 2023
Interview
There was an initial call with HR, who then scheduled a call with the Hiring Manager. After that, I was asked to complete a case study and present to a panel of key cross-functional partners (Engineering leadership, UX design, Product). After being informed I'll hear back within a week, the HR coordinator went silent and I haven't heard back since. This is extremely disrespectful given the time the candidate has devoted to essentially a day's worth of interviews and preparing for a case study. It seems like I dodged a bullet, however, because I got the sense that interviewers were burnt out and turnover was high at the organization.
Only made it through first two interviews. Interviewer told me it was going to be a lengthy process. I believe there was going to be a case study, and several interviews with different folks.
