I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Charlie Health
Interview
First interview is 30 minutes over zoom. The recruiter allows you to ask a bunch of questions and then tells you about the position. I was basically only asked the question, "Tell me about yourself." I was invited to participate in the second interview round. You are asked to create a 10-15 minute PowerPoint presentation on the company. The recruiter pressured me into scheduling this within two business days. To me it seemed like a lot to ask in such a short period of time especially when they basically didn't care to ask me any questions in the first interview. I take all reviews with a grain of salt, but after my experience I had to assume there was some truth to some of the negative reviews about Charlie Health.
The job description didn’t match the role that the interviewer was looking for. Seemed like it was more of sales type of job-with quotas than and true outreach manager forming different relationships.
