This company has such weird vibes and that should have been my first red flag. The whole interview process was very lengthy, about 2 months. Two months of my time wasted on this joke of a company. The first interview was over Zoom with someone from the specific department I was applying for. It went fine, she didn't seem particularly happy or enthused about the position. Then, there was a test to complete called the Raven’s Adaptive assessment. In their email, they wrote "The vast majority of test-takers complete the assessment within 30-45 minutes." This IQ test had nothing to do with the position I was applying for. It was difficult in my opinion. Then there was an interview with management. And then management asked me to complete a project case study (which really felt like free labor). She emphasized in her email "Please spend no more than 3-4 hours on this case study." I wanted to tell her that I was only spending an hour on this tops. (3-4 hours of free labor?! INSANITY). And then there was another interview with management to present this case study (which I'm sure they recorded) which took about 30-40 minutes. And then, THREE weeks go by without any updates. Finally, there was an email to schedule an interview with an executive. Incredibly sour interview, the executive had my resume up on a screen and asked me why I left jobs in 2020-2021. Just very weird to question my resume like that and ask why I left positions (it was because of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 when everyone lost their jobs...duh). And then received my rejection email the other day! Please stay away from this company. I heard that there is another component in which you have to give 3 or 4 references and they call each one and question them for 30 minutes?? So insane and unnecessary. They take no greater pleasure in jerking people around.
