I had an unfavorable experience interviewing with Charlie Health. The process felt superficial and lacked depth, with quick, insubstantial questions. At one point, I was even ghosted, which left a poor impression. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of professionalism, and based on this, I would not recommend pursuing opportunities with the company. Shame on you, charlie health.
Prescreen over camera. Not very empathetic. Metric driven. Not interested really in your unique skills; would not recommend. 30 minutes tops from start to finish. Did not feel genuine at all

Metrics really, thats all they look for. Not quality
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Applied online. First interview with someone who wasn’t even on the talent team. He was late to the interview. He seemed very interested in my background and we discussed next steps and told me they would reach out shortly to coordinate. He then ghosted me despite me reaching out multiple times. Big red flag when you are interviewing recruiters and have a terrible recruiting process.
