Chart Industries HR Manager interview questions

Screened by recruiter, then 1st round interviewed was with 3 HR ladies, next step was GM and final with HR VP. If you don't pass the 1st round of interviews (the 3 HR folks), you won't go to GM or HR VP steps. Think first round should be with Hiring Manager, not colleagues. You can be the best candidate but if their looking for a version of themself versus a person with diverse background you probably won't pass the 2nd phase. And followed by radio silence from recruiter. Which was very interactive up front, until i wasn't seen valuable anymore. Overall the company seems to be great, place to work, other than the hiring process (needs an overall on process). External customer experience is just as important as internal. Nonetheless, wish them all the best in their search.
