Video, and email. It was more like a get to know you. No situation based questions. One interview was fairly in depth and it seemed like they cared. The guy at the very top level of the organization seemed awfully smug. In hindsight, both interviews were very cold. I never felt really comfortable or valued. No real interest in me as a human. Seemed like they did not prepare really well for the interview.
