Very smooth and straight forward. There were mainly behavioral questions rather than questions catered toward engineering knowledge or applications. It was a 3 step process: first I spoke to the HR interviewer, then the VP of a particular office, and finally the head of the program. Each interview really allowed me to get to know the company and the people I was being interviewed by.
