excellent communication and technical-based interview. Three-level interviews with final HR round to negotiate salary and work location. I also got a good offer in the HR round. Lot of questions were asked with my working style and how i approach things. No obnoxious aptitude test, but a really meaningful technical test to assess my skill level and working model.
