Charter Global Java Developer interview questions

Ist and 2nd technical rounds are 1 hour interview as zoom meeting ,they asked all the questions from Java , Spring, hibernate,boot.and third round was managerial round he discussed about projects I have worked and technologies i have used , 20min short interview.after that HR called me and informed you are selected , share your current offer. Before starting of interview process I have informed HR Like I'm expecting this much, they said ok after selection they said company can not give more than what I have so you can continue with your existing offer.
