Interview
It was a little hectic, I believe that I had applied during a surge of hiring within that district. I went to 4 interviews for 4 different branches within the course of 2 months, each one followed the same format, although each had a different atmosphere because of the manager's personality. Some were more "strict" than others, while others were laid back and easy to talk to, but all asked the same kinds of questions.

A question about "working well with others". Basically asking if I was going to cause drama and catfights as A LOT of tellers are females.
A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

Describe a time you had to adapt to a changing or complex environment at work. 1.) the situation, 2.) your actions, 3.) the outcome.
The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
