I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chase
Interview
Applied online, had to do a video interview, and then I received a call to come in for an interview.
My interview was really easy. The two interviewers explained the position, benefits, location, and training and only really asked me one question about my two previous jobs.
A little over a week later I got a call saying they wanted to hire me. A few days later I got the info from the recruiter and started the pre employment screenings.

Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Chase
Interview
They ask mostly behavioral questions throughout the interview and really try to get to know you as a person. Interview process wasn’t difficult, but there were 3 rounds - first, meeting with the hiring recruiter, then area manager, and lastly the branch manager who I would have worked with.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chase in Dec 2025
Interview
Timely interview with recruiter and branch manager both were great. Asked about work history and gave a great rundown on daily expectations. The branch manager was nice and very forward on how she wants her branch ran.
