you have to take an assessment online which is fairly easy to pass. After you pass the assessment, you'll be contacted by a recruiter who will set up your interviews at the specified branch. As far as interview questions go, they are your average/basic questions. Since it is a teller position, they ask about your prior cash handling experience, if you have ever been short any money, and how good are you to referring people to open up an account/credit card/financial service. Also, like every other company, they ask you what is your strength and your weakness, and to explain a time you gave outstanding customer service and what was the outcome, how did you resolve a difficult situation with a customer in your past work experience, and what would you do in a situation if your manager asked you to do something that might be against company protocol. After the interview, the recruiter will call and give you an offer that you can either accept or decline. I accepted mine and was required to go to a designated facility to take a drug test and submit fingerprints. Afterwards, you will start shadowing other tellers and managers at the branch, but won't be able to conduct any transactions until you have gone to training. During training, you are taught everything that a teller needs to know on the job (usually training was like 3-4 whole days). Once done with training, you'll return back to your branch a full-fledged teller and can start conducting transactions.
