I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chase in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied online on a Sunday, received a call from the branch manager Wednesday for an interview on Friday. I arrived 30 minutes early, dressed in black pants suit, and well prepared. The interview was really behavioral, past experiences, and I was coming from Bank of America. Honestly, I felt great about the interview. I even did great on the role play, which I sold a product I already had knowledge of. I thought I did really great, but I received an email the following Monday saying the position had been filled. Blow to my ego, but hey it's there loss.

Question 1
Be prepared to role play and talk about angry customer experiences.
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
