They are very detailed in terms of service and sales expectation. Gives the impression that the company is one that is desirable to work for. Interviewer gives you the opportunity to feel at ease and express yourself and clearly state how you could be an asset to the institution.

Role plays and how to overcome a difficult customer interaction
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
