My experience was as follows: after the first interview, I was directed to another room, and waited to be interviewed by another manager. 3. This occurred two more times before I was finally interviewed by a District Manager. 4. Few days later receive a call back and offer. 5. Once confirmed, offer letter was e-mailed. 6. Scheduled date, time, location for first day training. The process I was interviewed under was referred to as a round robin where a group of managers were already on site, to interview a large group of candidates, I've heard stories of people going to different locations to be interviewed.
