I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2011
Interview
Brief screening from HR that lasted about 30 mins two days after application was submitted. Was invited to do a in person interview at the Westerville location. After the interview I was told that I would be contacted within 2 weeks. After two weeks I had to follow up with the recruiter who gave the offer.
One interview. One question asked nothing nerve ranking for the interview. I was nervous at first but after all the interview preps and I relaxed. They help with getting you ready for the interview process that calms your mind a lot.
Good. Very straight forward. No surprises This is really stupid. Not sure why I need to put 30 words down. I just want to use the site and this is really stupid
It was a simple interview and asked questions about how I handle angry customer and interactions. The only other questions they really focused on was regarding adhering to a schedule and timeliness.
