manager and all branch managers. Discussed sales strategies and what you would do to overcome
downfalls. How would you achieve outbound sales calls? Be prepared for a group/panel interview
and be prepared to be turned down on the spot as a test to your reaction.
Pretty easy interview. Just prepare to answer your sales experience, preferably in branch banking. Also be good at charming and making a connection with the interviewers since it is a sales job.

The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks
