Interview
I applied in mid-June and interviewed the next week. As I have been working for Checkr in a separate department, there was great transparency about who I would be interviewing with and when the interview would take place. I had about 30-45 minutes with the lead of the Investigations team, and the process was quite casual. I was scheduled to speak with two other team members, but the process was modified as the lead decided I was a good fit for the role. Very positive, friendly, and fast experience!

Interview
30 minute phone interview. Onsite interviews (3 separate interviews, each lasting about an hour). Interview scheduling was very flexible. The office is awesome and very close to BART. The team was very friendly and professional. I'm disappointed I didn't make the cut. I think I would have been a great match for the company and the position. Hr said they would provide me with some feedback back but they have not gotten back to me as of yet. All and all, it was a good interview experience.
