Applied through a job board. Set up a 15min call with a recruiter. Then went through 6hrs of interviews over a month including 2 separate 30min interviews with the hiring manager. 4 30min interviews in a row with team members. 1 of those was a 30min situational test about accounting that I did think was very useful. I had to take PTO for the amount of time I was taking off to do these interviews and in the end was not offered the position because I lacked experience. My resume shows the amount of experience I have in the field. They could have read it and saved me 6hrs.
