The interview process took a total of 5 hours (30 min recruiter interview, 30 min hiring manager interview, and 4 hour team interview) over the span of 3 weeks. I was told that I would hear back from the recruiter the week after my last interview but never did. As a result, I emailed the recruiter to update me on the status of my candidacy and, again, I never heard back. For the day with 4 hours worth of interviews, I took a vacation day from my current job, so I wasted that just to be ghosted by a company. All I wanted was an email saying that I was either rejected or they were moving forward with the process.
