It was a pretty standard process from what I went through. It started with in initial recruiter screen which went into an interview with the hiring manager. I was then asked to move to the next step which is where I decided to stop. I was told the next step was 5, 60 minute interviews with various members of the team.
In my opinion, an extra 5 hours of interviewing, on top of the hour plus I already put in was extreme and beyond what is necessary to determine if a candidate is what you're looking for. I pulled my application at this point because it feels like they want a FAANG style interview process without paying FAANG wages.
