Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
Coding challenge, one hour: name matching exercise, onsite with 3 interviewers, one hour each: Object Design, Refactoring, and draw design of project you have worked on. Each interviewer asks a behavioral question
Pretty easy phone screen, name matching practice as other described.
On-site: 3 rounds 1 hr each.
Refactoring exercise,
Object Orient Design
Technical deep dive on your previous project.
The interviewer I had to do refactoring was pretty awful they did not even turn on their camera.
The last round was with a manager and he kept checked his phone.
If you do not have the interest to interview me then don’t ask me to do on site in the first place. This is quite unprofessional and such a waste of my time.

Each round will ask you one question based on their 5 values. How did you make effort to build connection with someone?
I applied online. I interviewed at Checkr in Jun 2022
Interview
I'd say that most of the experience was a good, but there are definitely some people at Checkr and processes that should be addressed. One of the interviews was the worst experience I've ever had when interviewing for a company. I got to the end of the on site only to be met with a super condescending and hostile interviewer. I knew I would not get an offer after the interview with her. So when I got the official confirmation of denial, I reported the feedback to recruiter. They were responsive to my email but that experience was a red flag in regards to their workplace culture.
1. Phone Screen with Recruiter
2. Technical Screen on zoom
3. On Site 3 hour interview 1 hour each
The recruiter was great and she was responsive which I really appreciated. The Phone screen was as per usual for companies.
The Technical Screen was a name matching exercise and it went really well, interviewer was great.
The Onsite is where things started to go downhill as far as experience. The first interviewer for the refactoring exercise didn't even know the role I was applying to and kept telling me what to do throughout instead of a typical interview where they introduce you to the problem and let you explain your thought process. Aside from this, I'd say it part was ok.
The second interview is an Object Design interview, basically a database design for one of their projects.
The third interview was a nightmare. It was supposed to be a Technical deep dive on a project, but unfortunately the interviewer was extremely uninterested, hostile, and cruel. As I explained my project, she did not care to listen. I did not get a fair interview here which was apparent based on bias statements she made at the beginning of the interview.
