Had a screening phone interview with the recruiter on staff. The person kept taking personal days and rescheduling the interview at the last minute. At the end of the call, I was told that I would proceed to the next phase of interviews with the team, who were currently out on vacation. After that, I got an automated rejection email. The staff at this company clearly were not communicating well with each other, and they seem to be out of the office so often that scheduling anything is a challenge. I am more than qualified for the position, and this was really a waste of my time on their part.
