So, I applied online and got an auto-schedule email from a lady recruiter. The email didn't have any personal note to it and was just an automatic template to schedule a phone call. I scheduled the phone call and got an auto-confirmation. However, two days before the interview, got a notification that it was cancelled. I didn't get any explanation, nor any feedback from the lady recruiter herself as to why she cancelled it. It could be anything, but I guess as an applicant I deserve to know what happened and why it was cancelled. I applied to Unqork, and was scheduled for a screening with a recruiter. A few days before the interview, she sent me an email saying we are pausing the hiring right now, is it okay if we reach out to you later. I was happy that I was notified of the change. The Checkr recruiter? Lol, I even sent her an email after I scheduled the screening, and even then she didn't respond.
