1. Recruiter reached out for interview screening. 2. Moved to the next round, which included meeting with hiring manager. 3. Shortly after, I did four back to back 45 interviews with other members of the extended team. 4. The recruiter then said hiring was paused and they would get back to me. 5. Three weeks later, I receive a phone call saying the position reopened, and the recruiter would let me know any next steps. 6. I follow up for an update, and recruiter completely ghosts. One of the worst interview experience I have ever had. It was a complete waste of my time, and I am unsure why the recruiter kept sporadically reaching out to give updates and then didn't follow through. Only good part of the experience was the team members I met with were extremely polite and nice. I would recommend against interviewing for this company as they really do not value candidates time, and the recruiting communication is awful. It is overall a very bad reflection on the company.
