There was a screening call plus 4 rounds of interviews and to top it off a project for the final round. I thought that was way too much time to be invested for the process especially if it was not going anywhere. Felt like a waste of time and effort and I don't like the feeling of making to the final round and then rejected when things genuinely felt like they went well.

Interviewers were great but the process of the TA group was really quite poor. At some stages I'd even say it was shocking....miscommunication, poor scheduling (not all TA members, just a couple), poor follow up.
