Excessive levels to interview process for what wasn't even a management position. Asking for essentially 8 hours of someone's time is ridiculous. Recruiter couldn't answer simple question like the size of the team.

Pros: The initial interview process was professionally handled. Cons: For a company that builds its brand on 'transparency,' the candidate experience felt the opposite. After investing significant time and energy into the interview process, the final communication was a generic, template rejection email. This disconnect between their public values and their actual practices with candidates was unexpected and disappointing.
