I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Checkr in Feb 2024
Interview
This interview process was far too long. I waited over a week to schedule a screen with the recruiter, one interview with the HM, then a presentation which included a prompt of 20+ questions, then two cross functional interviews. The recruiter did not get me back to me within a week and after I followed up, replied saying I was not moving forward and would not provide feedback.

How have I worked with cross functional teams and provide examples of successful implementations
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Checkr (Denver, CO) in Feb 2020
Interview
Recruiter connected with me, took several weeks. 3 recruiter 5-7 hours in person and on the phone total with various stakeholders. What impressed me with executive level interactions was the promise of on going, fair and balanced feedback for in role and future development. A promise by TA for follow up on a specific date post interview never happened, I had to follow up 2Xs after the significant time investment to hear feedback. My take was that if I did not follow up, no attempts would be made to professional decline a candidate. While trying to build your brand in a new geo - Denver - you may want to strive to keep a positive brand. I am not likely to recommend individuals within my network to invest much time or effort, however, I did truly find the CRO and Enablement Exec. to be thought leaders and highly strategic. I did enjoy those conversations and hope they have a great ride in the Denver market.
