I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Checkr (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process at Checkr was quick and streamlined. Candidates that fit the profile theyre looking for go through an initial phone screen with the VP of Sales. If things go well, they ask you to come on-site to meet with the Head of Talent, Sales Lead and the VP of Sales. I was extended an offer by that evening; however Im aware that they might ask you back for another on-site interview.
Checkr's interview is unique in that they have a pretty good idea of what they're looking for. I felt as if there were no predetermined questions, the conversation during the interview seems to be tailored to what they've picked up on you and the possible hesitations.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Checkr (Denver, CO) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was extremely rushed. There were four interviews and a project all in two weeks with a hard start date the following week. They offered me the job and a week later they rescinded the offer, which left me unemployed. HR lacks integrity and is quite difficult to contact during the process. All in all, a very poor experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Checkr (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
It took about 3 weeks. There was a company wide trip to Puerto Rico that prolonged it, otherwise I believe it would have been faster. There were two phone screens and two in-person meetings. The first meeting was only with the VP of Sales and the second was with a few other members of the team including the CEO. After the final meeting they extended an offer over the phone.
