Initial phone screening after resume review. 1-on-1 interview followed by a series of additional in-person interviews with employees from different departments. Heavy emphasis on cultural fit. Each individual interview lasted roughly 30 mins. 3-4 individual interviews for on-site visits. Follow up interviews on consecutive days (very flexible with scheduling and responsive to questions).

Interview
The interview process took one questionnaire via email and three in-person interviews. The interviewers are not accommodating with the applicant's schedule, so I recommend taking the time slot/day offered if you are interested in the job. The people working there seem to be nice to work with but because they do not have a recruiting team they are extremely unorganized and unaccommodating.
