For a company whose mission is to build a fairer future and champion fair chance hiring, I expected a more professional and respectful experience. The interview is a two-way street, and unfortunately, Sherry’s lack of preparation and engagement reflected poorly on the values the company claims to uphold. It’s disappointing when the commitment to equity doesn’t extend to the candidate experience.
