Checkr Talent Operations Manager interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter to discuss the opening. It was a phone call which I thought was odd especially now a days with video conferencing being so accessible. It was a very basic intro call where it did not allow the recruiter to dive into the details of the position nor did the recruiter really know what is the business purpose of this opening. I felt a sr leader within recruitment should have taken on this role to be more specific about what is actually needed. The worst part is I spoke to the recruiter on a Thursday and she said I will follow up from my manager and you will definitely hear back from me by Friday. It has been several weeks and nothing not even a thank you disposition email.
