Interview

I went in for an open interview. GM left, I was interviewed by hiring manager. I had to come back the next day for a second interview with GM who makes final decision. GM was late an 1hr 1/2 so I waited for him. Seemed very unorganized. Talked to me about school, what shifts I am available with and if weekends were a yes or no for me. He said welcome to the team and asked if I had any questions.

Interview

Very easy they asked what days I could work and they asked what I would do in different situations. Basically to see what my skills were and why I wanted the job there. I got hired on the spot and Then they had me fill out the paperwork .

Simple, asked 'what would you do' questions. Informed of the dress code and what days to come for orientation. Told me to expect email for hiring paper work. Asked could I work on a team. Could I not allow servers to make changes to sitting arrangements.
