Interview
The interview process is very easy, first of all you have to apply online, and it is also going to tell you which positions they have open. They do not accept applications in person, once you apply online give them a couple of days, and go ask them for an interview. They will tell you a date and time. For the interview even though the restaurant is casual, dress appropriately. it does not have to be on a suit, but properly. The day of your interview, you get there and tell the host you are schedule for one, they would call a manager on duty, and they would interview you.
Traditional sit down style, lasted about 10 minutes. Manager was friendly, and seemed interested in me as a person and what I could bring to the team. Restaurant was fairly busy, so he was being pulled back and forth during my interview.

Interview
I will explaine my duties , i am a great and loyal worker and bartender. You gotta keep clientel be great with people and outgoing . Also got to be able to multitasking witch all is my specialty.
Pretty straight forward, it's cheesy but being yourself with extra charisma usually helps in serving show them that and you'll most likely be hired, If you're shy I'd recommend the old fake it to you make it you can definitely be shy and serve but it's easier if you have more flair
