I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen (Fort Worth, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
Very laid back and easy interview on location. Had interview with GM and kitchen manager same day an was offered the job on the spot. It's easy to get hired the hard part comes after when you have to deal with young immature managers
The interview process was an interview chat with the owner about previous kitchen experience, and how I handle pressure in a stressful cooking environment. I went in person to interview, it was a nice environment. The owner and the staff working there were nice.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen (Fayetteville, NC) in Mar 2016
