I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen (Norman, OK) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was a normal restaurant interview going over where I had worked before, which positions I was interested in, etc. It took about 3 days from applying online to getting an interview. I sat down and had a manager's undivided attention, which isn't always the case. It was also the manager responsible for handling schedules for my position, which was nice! I wasn't interviewed by the kitchen manager and then never saw the server manager. I also spoke with the general manager because she just happened to be there, but I don't think that's normal. She also does interviews though and since she runs the entire restaurant it's not a bad thing if you get her. There was an online personality quiz too, but nothing too bad. All in all it was a normal interview for a restaurant.

Interview
Very laid back. Simple talk in a booth about experience, availability, and expectations for compensation, hours, and responsibilities. They require a 5 day training to ramp you into the job.

Interview
Interview was easy, I got this job with previous hosting experience. It didn’t last more than about 30-45 minutes. It was a very typical interview and I was given all the necessary information needed.

Interview
Your interview process is easy like any other starting job. A couple of questions asked to sell him the bottle of ketchup that was on the table. It was pretty much a breeze.
