Went back four times, interviewed with six people and then never heard from them. I finally sent an email to ask if the position was filled and was told I didn't have one of the skills they were looking for. Wasted time, lack of consideration for people. I don't expect a response from every employer, but when you make the effort to go back four times at least a "Sorry but no thanks" letter should be sent. Interesting that they have no HR person.
