I have applied for a Project Manager position and I got an answer immediately from their HR with an invite to an onsite interview. As I was away that week, I replied asking if possible to schedule a telephone interview first. I've got no answer back for a few days, then I got another invite from the HR for an onsite interview - absolutely identical with the first one, just like they did not get my email. However, as I was returning back to London, I replied with some available dates and times. I've got no answer back to that one, but an email from someone else from Cheetah (not the HR person I was in touch with) proposing a date and time for a telephone interview. I have accepted it but on the day before the interview was supposed to take place, I got another email from the HR saying that they are sorry, but they actually they don't think I am a good match for the position I have applied for. I found their whole approach very unprofessional.
