I was scheduled for a call with an Experian recruiter for my initial phone screen. It was a great initial conversation and I was scheduled for two follow up interviews with managers. I received great feedback on the first interview and I was looking forward to the second. Because this was about the time of the the bifurcation of Experian into Experian and Cheetah Digital. I was asked to delay my second interview for two weeks to accommodate their changes, which was fine for me. After the second interview, I again received great feedback. I followed up and asked about next steps in the process. I was told that with the changes they had at the company to give them a few days and follow up. I followed up twice over two weeks with no updates. If I had a terrible interview, I'd understand not receiving a follow up call. However, I received great feedback and interest in moving me along in the process. I feel it was extremely inconsiderate of my time to have me interview if the company was incapable of actually spending the time to make a decision on me as a candidate. All things considered, I would probably give them a few years to work out the kinks before working here.
