Phone call with an HR manager that lasted about 30 minutes. She discussed the position and allowed me to ask plenty of questions. In some cases, she didn't have the answer to my questions since she did not work in the department in which I was applying to.

I was called for an interview by an associate, s/he came across my application in their database. S/he asked some basic screening questions and invited me to a panel interview the following week. The night before the interview, I was sent over several forms to fill out for background verifications by the recruitment department and an invitation to take a language test. I interviewed the following day and I thought it went well. I met w/ 3 associates, 2 from the region where the spot would have been, and one other. Questions were pretty basic about my experience and interests (they were read from a sheet). On my way out I asked the person escorting me when a decision would be made, s/he said about a week and a half. I submitted all the documentation w/in 2 days of the interview and currently at almost 3 weeks after the fact no references have been contacted and neither have I. I am assuming I did not get the spot.
