I applied online. I interviewed at Chemonics International (Monrovia) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was given a 30 minute in-person interview in country on the first day and another 30 minutes Skype interview with Home Office technical lead on the second day. Both interviews were professionally administered under very professional and cordial environments. The interviewers were specific and sought targeted skills, which gave me the opportunity to respond specifically and not try to figure out what responses were being sought. This saved both of us lot of time and address what the recruiters were looking for directly.

Interview
Phone screen with a recruiter, panel interview, and a final one on one with department Vice President. I found the panel interview to be particularly great for my interview - got to engage with the hiring manager and also folks outside the team. Useful to gauge company culture
First round of the interview was with an HR recruiter who asked a lot a background/general questions. The second round was with actual members of the team I would be working with.
