Already over the phone they seemed burned out (as they kept talking about how they don’t have enough people right now). The questions they asked were all behavioral and “tell me about a time” type. I was told at the end of the call that they’d love to move forward with my application and that they’ll reach out to me next week. I ended up being ghosted, and none of my follow up emails were answered.
