Interview
I applied online. I was contacted about one month later to schedule a phone screening. That was with two people from the team the position was for. It was about 30 minutes. They were both pretty easy to talk to, and most of the questions were specific - trying to figure out what my skill set was. The next day, they emailed me to set up a Skype interview (I was not in DC) for the following week, with them and one other person. That interview lasted around 1 hour. The questions were still pretty technical. At the end of the interview, they said they were hoping to come to a decision in the next few weeks.
Overall, the interview process was pretty positive. My only complaint is that I never heard back one way or the other - it would have been nice if they sent an email letting me know they were going with a different candidate.
