Was contacted within few days for initial phone interview which went extremely well. Following that interviewed, I was contacted again for another phone interview with a recruiter on the team - that interview went well and they contacted me to fly me to Miami for in person panel interview. I met with 4 directors and the next day had a phone interview with the COO. After a total of SEVEN interviews I had ZERO CONTACT. I reached out to follow up, but heard nothing back. I was interviewing for a RECRUITMENT position and they failed to follow up. If they're not following up with HR positions, I can understand their need for a GOOD clinical recruiter. Would never recommend this employer to any of my network. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
