I applied online on February 14th and got an email invitation to interview on March 12th. My interview happened on March 14th, got a background check about 22 hours after interviewing, and got a job offer later that night. I interviewed at the mall's food court with four other applicants. The hiring team asked us the standard interview questions (availability, experience, etc.) I had a great time and felt very comfortable talking about the job and about myself. Be expected to be asked if you are willing to wear the Easter bunny costume, even if you are just applying to be a cast member. Also be expected to be asked if you're in school/if you're a minor due to work constraints. At the end of the interview, we were told we would hear back within a week. It seemed that the only applicant in our group who applied to be also be a bunny was given an immediate job offer because she was chosen to stay with the hiring team while the rest of us left. My advice to anyone interviewing is to practice standard interview questions and be familiar with what the job entails. Good luck to everyone who is trying to get hired!
