I applied online and their system would not accept cover letters which I was bummed about. I was slightly unqualified about and not super excited about it either but am unemployed so knew I had to go for it. I got a call for an interview and chose the earliest day. They said because they're short staffed it would be 2.5 weeks before they interviewed all applicants. Pretty basic normal interview with 3 staff members. They did hand me the questions before hand when I waited in the lobby. Never had that before. Not sure if just that persons choice or a department/county thing they all do. I had about 5 minutes to look over them and choose my answers. This I felt put more pressure on me to speak and answer well. I had one question I completely didn't know which was a first for me.
