Interview
A few weeks after applying for the job a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screening and also requested I write her a summary of my previous work and the skills I posses that enabled me to be successful. During the phone screen she asked me logistical things, some of which were kind of weird to ask that early like asking me my salary expectations and whether I was interviewing for other jobs. After the interview she said she would get back to me likely in a week but two weeks at the latest. Three weeks later, no response, so I followed up with her. She got back to me saying they were finishing up some last interviews and should get back to me in another 2-3 weeks. Three weeks later, no response, I followed up again. She then never responded and this was several weeks ago. Overall not a good experience.
