Can you perform the essential functions of this job?
Quick and easy, all under a week process. Management was helpful with answering questions about the company. They explained how we could move up in the chain and the different areas we could work in during the shift
Prepare thoroughly for straightforward questions, projecting professionalism and showcasing your strong work ethic. It's a manageable process that doesn't demand extensive preparation. You can prepare if you want but you will be fine
The interview is easy. Its just basically behavioral questions. I dont remember all the questions but its mostly about making sure you are able to work in that environment. I wouldnt worry too much.
